History 

Millican Realty was founded in 1982 by Robert J. Millican in Bloomington, IN. Bob had been in real estate since 1966 in Madison, IN with Bob Millican Realty, he moved to Bloomington in 1981 with his family and continued his career in real estate helping many people in the community by opening Millican Realty in 1982. Jason Millican (Ph: 812-333-0550) became owner/principal broker of Millican Realty in 2004. Jason has worked in the real estate business since 1988 and has been awarded the coveted 5 STAR PROFESSIONAL AWARD, an award that is given to top 7% of real estate brokers in the State of Indiana, based on performance and client recommendations. He has also holds the "10 Best" award ranking 10 out of 10 for client satisfaction for those clients interviewed that nominated him for this prestigious award! 2017 Millican Realty was awarded the "Readers Choice Awards Winner"! Our company was voted by area readers of Bloomington's local paper as their favorite real estate company to work with in Bloomington! Jason Millican was also awarded the "Everyday Hero Award" presented by the local newspaper for his charitable work in Bloomington, this was presented to him in 2016. Millican Realty and its agents have been consistent multi million dollar sellers in the Bloomington area since its existance as a company.

Sarah Klaiber (Ph:812-322-6002) is a Real Estate Agent that has helped contribute to the success of Millican Realty with her friendly personlity and advanced knowledge of Real Estate, Sarah has been an immediate success!

Jack Conley (Ph: 812-361-0345) is the most recent agent to join Millican Realty in 2016. Jack has enjoyed great success in residential and commercial real estate sales with over 40 years experience. He brings energy, experience and vast business knowledge as an agent for our company. Jack graduated with a Masters Degree from Indiana University and has past managed the real estate affairs for a commercial real estate company in California for many years. Ming Schimmelmann  (Ph: 812-320-1966) joined Millican Realty in 2014 and together they bring real estate experience, knowledge, agressive marketing ideas and the willingness to earn and keep your business with proven successes.
 
Millican Realty is happy to Announce Autumn McCoy (Ph: 812-325-6182) has joined our firm in 2015! Autumn is a proven producer from other real estate companies in the Bloomington area. She brings experience, knowledge and proven results as a multi million dollar sales broker and award winner for top sales achievement in Bloomington and the surrounding area! 
 
Millican Realty is growing with more new agents and staff! It is a great honor to announce new agents Janet Lane (Ph: 812-360-3195), Maryann Mohney (Ph: 812-340-5625) and Michelle Stanger (Ph: 812-219-2307). Chelsea Kieffner-assistant (Ph: 812-322-5818) and Shane Gibson-marketing mgr and referral broker (Ph:317-442-3561) to Millican Realty in 2016. Janet brings the expertise of approximately 20 years experience in the residential real estate loan business and is an immediate positive impact for our firm. Maryann is a proven producer as a member of our Million Dollar Club and brings over 20 years experience in the real estate industry. Michelle  has experienced fast success in the real estate business and has been an immediate positive impact to our company and her clients. Both Shane and Chelsea bring proven customer service and marketing skills to help assist the Millican Team!

Natalie Mathias (Ph: 812-325-9813) has just obtained her real estate brokers license and our team of agents are happy to welcome her to Millican Realty! Born and raised in Bloomington Indiana, Natalie has witnessed the expansion and growth of her hometown over the past 28 years. Natalie’s interest in real estate came at an early age when she helped her family find the home in which they spent the majority of her childhood in. She decided to pursue property management as a young adult and is using that knowledge and experience to segue into the real estate markets. She prides herself on her old fashioned values which include representing her clients with professionalism and respect. Natalie’s established local relationships, knowledge and commitment to our community make her a great choice for representing you and your family in the purchase or sale of your next home!

Chris Brand (Ph: 812-276-9118) has joined the Millican Realty team as broker sales associate in 2017! Chris is a former standout basketball player for Bloomington South and worked in southern Indiana in real estate sales.Locating back to the Bloomington area has Chris excited to help serve local area customers with their real estate needs and we are proud to have him apart of our company!

2017 Millican Realty is proud to welcome Nate Hollander (PH: 812-393-0142), John Conley (PH:812- 360-1717), Narges Noori (PH: 812-391-0318) Jud Casebeer (PH:215-450-1437), Roric Fischer (PH: 812-325-4622) and Len Tieman (PH: 812-325-2948) to the Millican Team! Nate comes from a long history of marketing experience from a local marketing firm. John brings great marketing and sales experience from working with a Fortune 500 company and has grown up with several relatives in his family making real estate their career. Narges brings many years of real estate experience from working with a local national real estate firm and Jud brings great communication and social skills from being a local school teacher in Bloomington. Roric has focused on land and residential sales and Broker Price Opinions for various lenders.
